Amendments in E-Waste Management Rules 2016 The E-Waste Management Rules 2016 have been amended vide notification G.S.R. 261(E), dated March 22, 2018. The amendment in rules has been done with the objective of channelizing the E-waste generated in the country towards authorized dismantlers and recyclers in order to formalize the e-waste recycling sector.
